The Samson Project

THE SAMSON PROJECT is proud to offer private session for equine assisted learning. We have two programs to choose from, with more in the works. Note most of these sessions/programs will be unmounted. You will be working with the animals and observing, as well as talking with your instructor and learning new skills. As you progress, you and your instructor may decide you are able to move to standard riding lessons if you wish.

ANXIETY/DEPRESSION PROGRAM
30 min. $50 ea. 4 week minimum commitment.

These sessions are designed to help you regulate your nervous system and learn techniques to reduce feelings of sadness and fatigue. Sessions are offered for ages 16 and up.

TRAUMA COACHING PROGRAM
Private sessions, 45 min. $65 ea

This is a 6 week commitment minimum. Each curriculum level will take you through 6 weeks of work with the horses. Sessions are offered to ages 18 and up.

COMING SOON!
Equine assisted licensed therapy sessions with a counselor and equine specialist. Stay tuned for both private and group sessions starting in 2026. Ask about our sliding scale and scholarship opportunities for families with financial hardship.
